These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yuki Discord application, including all of its commands, features and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By inviting Yuki to a guild, or by using any Yuki command, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Service requires that you are eligible to use Discord and that you comply, at all times, with the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. You must meet the minimum age required by Discord in your country of residence. Where these Terms conflict with Discord's own policies, Discord's policies prevail.
If you invite Yuki to a guild, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of that guild and you accept these Terms on behalf of its members.
2. Service Usage & License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose within Discord. This license does not transfer any ownership. All bot code, branding, assets and content remain the property of the Yuki development team.
- The Service is provided free of charge; no purchase is required or offered.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, rebrand or redistribute the Service or any part of it.
- Features, commands, reward rates and configuration options may change, be limited or be removed at any time without prior notice.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and are enforced under a zero-tolerance policy:
- Automation and macroing. Using self-bots, scripts, macros, auto- clickers or any automated tooling to run economy, gambling, pet or leveling commands.
- Exploiting glitches. Knowingly abusing bugs, race conditions, duplication exploits or unintended reward loops instead of reporting them to support.
- API spam and abuse. Intentionally flooding commands, attempting to rate-limit or denial-of-service the bot, or circumventing cooldowns and throttles.
- Alternate accounts. Operating multiple Discord accounts to farm rewards, manipulate leaderboards or evade a blacklist.
- Server raiding and harassment. Using Yuki's features to raid, spam, harass, doxx, impersonate or distribute malicious or illegal content.
- Unlawful use. Any use of the Service that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
You are responsible for how the Service is used within guilds you administer, including configuration of moderation and role-management features.
4. Virtual Items Disclaimer
Coins, balances, items, pets, cosmetics, levels, XP and any other virtual goods within Yuki ("Virtual Items") are provided solely for entertainment. Virtual Items:
- hold no real-world monetary value and are not currency, credit, securities or property;
- cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, gift cards or any goods or services of value;
- may not be sold, traded or transferred for real-world consideration, inside or outside of Discord;
- may be adjusted, reset, revoked or permanently deleted at any time for balancing, maintenance or enforcement reasons, without compensation.
Gambling-style commands (such as coinflips or slots) use only Virtual Items. The Service does not offer, facilitate or simulate real-money gambling.
5. Termination & Blacklisting
We may suspend, restrict, blacklist or permanently terminate access for any user or guild that violates these Terms, Discord's policies, or otherwise abuses the Service — at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Enforcement may include wiping economy and pet progress associated with the offending account or guild.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by removing Yuki from your guild. To also erase your stored data, follow the process in our Privacy Policy. Blacklist appeals may be submitted through the support server; we are not obligated to grant them.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not warrant that data, progress or configuration will never be lost, and we do not guarantee any level of uptime or availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE YUKI DEVELOPMENT TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, PROFITS, GOODWILL OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Because the Service is free, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to zero (USD $0.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the support server, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
